Small and robust in design, it connects directly to your inline labeller, filler or sleever and keeps pace with your line speed to ensure consistent, or improved, line productivity.
How Does it Work?
When the container enters the Orienter, a Cognex™ camera determines its orientation based on the position of a specified unique bottle feature. Ontrack proprietary software then measures and gauges the amount of turning required by the Servo Driven Belts.
Once the container/bottle has been positioned, the Ontrack Feedscrew system holds the desired position to ensure accurate delivery into the adjoining machine. The result is highly accurate and repeatable orientation.
